Vitesse Charter Management, Inc. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vitesse Corporation. Flights will be operated by Vitesse Charter Management, Inc., an FAR Part 135 air carrier (“Operator”) or may be operated by other FAR Part 135 air carriers ("Operators"), who shall maintain full Operational Control of charter flights at all times, each operating in full compliance with all FAA requirements and Vitesse Charter Management standards. Operators providing service for Vitesse Charter Management, Inc. must meet both FAA safety requirements and additional standards established by Vitesse Charter Management, Inc.
